SIMEON Medical awarded Top Mid-Sized Employer for 2020

SIMEON Medical has been recognized as a “Top Mid-Sized Employer for 2020”. The medical technology solution specialists for hospitals received the award following a recent survey by Focus Business, a career and business magazine. The magazine worked with employer ratings portal kununu.com to determine its Top Mid-Sized Employers. Employees responding on kununu particularly praised the company’s communication, including with top executives, and its fair evaluations. Opportunities to contribute ideas and diverse, interesting projects were also mentioned.

“As a mid-sized medical technology, we’re driven by innovation. But innovation can only happen through open communication. Here at SIMEON Medical, flat hierarchies and treating one another fairly helps foster ideas, and ensures that even complex projects enjoy long-term success. We’re very pleased to have been recognized as a Top Mid-Sized Employer, and we want to thank our employees,” says Tobias Lang, CEO of SIMEON Medical.

Recipients of the annual award are determined on the basis of the approximately 900,000 company profiles registered on kununu. Eligibility for the 2020 best-of list was restricted to companies based in Germany with between 11 and 500 employees. To qualify, companies had to have received at least 10 employee ratings, at least five of which needed to be from 2018; they also needed a minimum average rating of 3.5 stars and a recommendation rate of 70% or higher.
